I’ve been interested in photography for a long time. I took it in high school and even have all the equipment for a dark room in the basement (just nowhere to set it up.) Photography is going hugely digital now and while I have fun with the fun features of my camera, I don’t really remember how to use the manual features any more. I thought that if I set up a challenge (or maybe project is a better term for it) then maybe I would be more likely to practice taking pictures. After all, I’m usually more likely to follow through on something if I’m being held accountable!
So, I quickly made up a 30 Days of Photography list and will be posting the pictures I take. Hopefully I’ll be able to keep up and get the 30 days done in 30 days! I don’t know if I’ll be able to post daily but I’ll try not to let things go too long between posts.
If you want to join in, feel free and enjoy!
Here’s my day one picture. We went to a local homeschool group’s “Not back to school” picnic and it turned chilly and rainy for a bit. I didn’t have a sweater for Gabriel since it was nice when we left so I wrapped a blanket around us both while he was in the Ergo. It worked! He was happy and cozy back there for over 1.5 hrs. 🙂 I must say, I’m glad I’m getting the self picture out of the way quickly…I much prefer to be behind the camera!
