Once again, I’ve gotten out of the habit of making meal plans. It’s time for me to get back on track!
Monday– sorta-alfredo (using leftover a la king sauce instead of alfredo sauce)
Tuesday– baked fish with dill sauce on rice
Wednesday– homemade shake and bake chicken legs
Thursday– nachos and salad
Friday– chicken and cheese quesadillas
Saturday– Grandma is watching the kids while we have a date-day, so we’ll probably have supper there at the end of the day 🙂
Sunday– leftovers or something easy..soup and grilled cheese maybe
