Once again, it’s been a long time since I’ve posted a meal plan. I have been keeping them up (most of the time) at home, I just never remembered to post them until it was after Monday. But here is the week’s plan..that I might or might not be making up on the spot.
We’re limiting our grocery purchases for the rest of the month to produce, milk, eggs, and bread, and using what we have in the freezer and pantry. This makes it a bit trickier to mix and match up some meals and it also makes our meals pretty basic and simple, but here we go.
Monday– chicken fajitas (using rice to stretch out the chicken)
Wednesday– ground beef stir fry
Thursday– pork chops and potato fries
Friday– frozen pizzas
Saturday– beef stew
