Last year, my husband and I were trying to figure out an easier way to wash large amounts of garden vegetables. Bringing them into the house full of dirt and trying to take care of them in the little kitchen sink seemed like more work than it had to be.
We eventually had the idea of using a laundry sink! We got this one for free by posting a want ad in a local Facebook swap group. It’s perfect! It holds a ton, it’s light and easy to move around. We put a bucket under the drain hole when we’re not using it so it can collect rain water, which we use in the garden. And I do the same when I wash the veggies!
Do you have a “garden hack” idea that saves you time?
