Here is my meal plan for the week. I don’t always stick to the meal plan but it definitely eliminates the stress of trying to figure out what to cook each day. If I decide I want something different, so be it. If you’re new to meal planning, don’t feel like you have to be confined by the meals you choose. We’re trying to save money by doing a bit of a pantry challenge so I’ll need to get a bit creative over the next few weeks!
Monday– chicken and rice with corn
Wednesday– ginger pork and rice with broccoli
Thursday– taco casserole
Friday– grilled burgers
Saturday– homemade hamburger helper
