Well, it’s late on Monday but still Monday. I’ve definitely fallen off track with my meal plans yet again, but with the busy-ness of a new baby, I’m finding I need it even more. So here is this week’s menu!
Monday– baked fish with dill sauce on rice, with steamed carrots
Tuesday– mac and cheese with peas and diced ham
Wednesday– chicken fried rice
Thursday– meatballs with sauce (haven’t decided what type of sauce yet…any ideas?) on rice with veggies
Friday– chicken and mixed veggie casserole
Saturday– homemade pizza
Sunday– fridge buffet (fancy way of saying leftovers)
