Here’s our meal plan for the week! Since doing the Pantry Challenge, we’ve more or less been able to keep on track with buying only what we NEED (though I will admit, we have splurged on a few treats.) Louis also put together a new menu for the next 6 weeks, since we’d reached the end of the last one.
Nothing fancy this week, but it keeps the family fed!
Monday– Mac and Cheese with Ground beef and salsa (kind of an improvised meal we made once that turned out good, so we keep making it!)
Tuesday– Hot dogs
Wednesday– Meatloaf and mashed potatoes, and peas
Thursday– Garlic Rice with salad
Saturday– Turkey Soup
