Quiche Recipe

July 6, 2010

The other day I had mentioned on my Facebook status that we were having quiche for dinner, and to my surprise a few people asked me for the recipe. Before I had always assumed quiche would be complicated or too time-consuming to make; boy, was I wrong!

So, I thought I would share the recipe with you all! It’s an easy recipe that is quick to put together, and is good for any meal of the day!

You need:
-5 large eggs
-1 frozen 9″ pie shell
-3/4 cup milk
-2 cups of “filling”

Filling Suggestions
-shredded cheese
-onion or green onion
-pepperoni
-bell peppers
-chopped tomato
-mushroom
-seafood
-chicken, ham, turkey, sausage
-broccoli

Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350F
2)Beat eggs well.
3)Add milk and filling, mix well
4)Pour into pie shell.
5)Place on cookie sheet, bake for 45 mins or until top is browned and knife comes out clean.

Enjoy!

I always like to hear other people’s ideas and comments; what do you put in your quiche?
